Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Provide support for the execution of the client's day-to-day budget and financial operations and transactions. Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routing issues and contribute recommendations to more complex budget and financial issues. Work on problems of limited scope, follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained, build stable working relationships internally, perform as a member of a team, and receive instructions on work from team leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with financial analysis

-Experience with conducting quantitative analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of the intelligence community (IC)

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including developing custom pivot tables for data analysis and reporting

-Experience with developing and delivering technical training

-Experience with performance management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
