Foreign Military Sales Acquisition Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support the team lead and USG client with the development of FMS cases, amendments, modifications, acquisition decisions, and execution of FMS case activities. Support the client in the development of briefing materials and meeting planning for events with foreign customers and other USG departments and agencies. Interface with government project managers to ensure the support provided meets or exceeds all work performance objectives and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in working with FMS case management and execution

-Experience with pre-case development, Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), and Letter of Offer and Acceptance development

-Experience with International Security Cooperation Policy

-Experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite of applications

-Knowledge of security cooperation and working with foreign clients, export control issues, and International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

-Knowledge of DoD program acquisition, funding, and contracting processes, including the basic principles, policies, and practices relating to development, production, and sustainment of FMS systems

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with TSARB a plus

-Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Access

-Knowledge of FMS Case Management policies and procedures

-Knowledge of Navy FMS acquisition processes

-Possession of excellent problem-solving, research, analysis, diplomatic, and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
