Health Promotion Performance Management and Metric Analyst

Key Role:

Leverage expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers. Comprehend how our users interact with our core business products. Analyze data and translate it into recommendations, while working with various teams across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in management consulting, performance management and analysis and metrics analysis

-Experience with data review, validation, and analysis

-Experience with management reporting and inventory and supply management

-Experience in developing and delivering clear and concise briefings and papers on complex strategic issues on short timelines to very senior audiences and personnel with diverse backgrounds

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint collaboration software

-Ability to create documents for leadership

-Ability to leverage collaboration and negotiating skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications
