Key Role:

Apply knowledge of human capital, talent management, career development, workforce planning, and organizational development, including translating human capital strategies into operating goals, processes, measure, and outcomes. Analyze human resource topics to drive strategic and tactical decision making, including conducting trend analyses to measure ongoing results and acting, as a subject matter expert bench marketing key measures against external industry, region and best class peers. Serve as a task lead, offer data supported recommendations aimed at improving business. Perform advanced analyses aligned with business performance and support marketing activities. Assist with organizing and updating existing intellectual capital lead client interaction I support of client delivery and special projects. This position is based in the MENA region.

Basic qualifications

-5 years of experience in a human resources or human capital environment

-Experience with project or task management

-Experience with application of key human capital principles

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

-Experience with Technical writing

-Experience with data analysis

-BA or BS degree
