Human Resources Operations and Planning Specialist

You Have:

-Experience with analyzing the design of plans, strategies, programs, systems, and procedures that enable effective workforce development, recruitment, and retention

-Knowledge of administering, advising, and providing subject matter expertise in military and civilian compensation, benefits, and retirement programs, including FEHB, FEGLI, CSRS, FERS, TSP, and EBIS for employees

-Ability to develop products that inform and educate a variety of sources on the Command's talent management activities

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with supporting recruitment and talent management activities

-Knowledge of supporting the development of programs, policies, and procedures to align with DoD mandates, regulations, and other guidance

-Ability to develop, maintain, and operate a variety of programs, including onboarding, intern programs, employee engagement, and career programs or paths


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
