Hyper-V Architect

The Challenge:

As a Hyper V Architect on our project, you’ll be the go-to to provide streamlined deployments, device configurations, and builds through System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and GPOs. You'll get to work with multiple mission partners to make sure we are supporting their needs as we deploy our product into the workplace. You'll have a build team that uses your products and they will handle the day-to-day building of devices leaving you to handle solving fun and challenging problems with the rest of the team.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with information systems

-3+ years of experience with Endpoint computing, Microsoft SCCM administration, and Windows imaging
-Experience with desktop image development and workstation deployment
-Experience with Active Directory and group policy
-Experience with Endpoint Security technologies and solutions
-Knowledge of IP address management, including management of IP address blocks and DHCP
-Knowledge of basic networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and wireless, such as Microsoft Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, Windows, such as NetBIOS and WINS, and 802.1x certificate authentication
-Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently with minimal error and guidance
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Agile development methods, including TDD, CI, or automated testing

-Experience with developing and managing scripted solutions using PowerShell

-Experience with the management and operational use of systems monitoring tools, including Splunk or Microsoft SCOM
-Experience with analyzing and enhancing operational procedures

-BA or BS degree
-Microsoft Certified System Engineer - Windows 10 (MCSE) or equivalent certification
