Industrial Control Systems Engineer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems and maintain the integrity and security of servers and systems. Serve as a front-line interface to users with technical issues, make recommendations for hardware and software purchases, and interact with third-party technology vendors and internal database staff. Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies, install new software, troubleshoot, grant permissions to applications and training users, and program in an administrative language, including C or C++. Apply knowledge of UNIX- or NT-based operating systems and implement and coordinate cross-functional communication. Implement operational policies within the managed area, participate in strategy development for a corporate function, maintain responsibility for the effective operation of activities of significance to the organization, and provide work leadership to junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working directly on the networking of maritime control systems, electric power delivery, water systems control, or an equivalent critical information control system

-3+ years of experience with testing, modeling, and simulation of embedded systems

-Experience with SCADA networks and networked for ICS, AMI, OMS, or GIS

-Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management (CM)

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-HS diploma or GED

-SQL, SharePoint, C++, HTML, Java, or Python Certification required
