International Compensation Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a senior member of the corporate Total Rewards group and manage the design, development, and administration of international compensation programs through the identification of external trends, benchmarking, and best practices. Develop international compensation strategies and present recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders. Analyze and review programs within each country and recommend changes and enhancements to ensure market competition, efficiency, and compliance with local laws. Collaborate and integrate with domestic benefit strategies and design and other colleagues in the total rewards organization. Serve as a subject matter expert on all international-related compensation items. Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts on international items involving compensation. Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure associated processes support business needs and goals are met.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with compensation administration for a publicly traded company with a large global footprint

-5+ years of experience with developing and administering international compensation

-Experience with international compensation, including the MENA region, Asia, and Europe

-Experience with consulting and leadership

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including leading compensation aspects

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with HR technologies, including Workday

-Ability to build valuable partnerships across organizational functions, including finance, legal, tax, and compliance

-Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and implement multiple projects simultaneously

-Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including participant correspondence, presentations, leadership briefings, and board materials

-MA or MS degree

-CCP or GRP Certification
