ISR Foreign Language Readiness Analyst

Key Role:

Perform as an Air Force intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) analyst responsible for providing recommendations to support the ISR foreign language talent management and readiness team. Work directly with Headquarters Air Force staff to support their mission and interact regularly with senior leadership, Major Commands (MAJCOMs), and partner agencies. Operate in a high-level, fluid, problem-solving environment that requires experience in taking initiative to solve complex data sets. Support the establishment and enhancement of presence to communicate ISR strategy, vision, ISR force capabilities, and operational readiness for Air Force ISR stakeholder communities. Facilitate working groups and provide support to various ISR foreign language readiness forums, as needed. Assist with ISR foreign language readiness portfolio management and determine the right mix of resources for best return on investment (ROI) of resources to support the client's mission. Perform assessments and trend analysis to program metrics to develop recommendations for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a consultant, government staff, or industry staff

-5+ years of experience with force development or talent management support

-Ability to comprehend client challenges and develop solution sets to address human capital and readiness issues

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with presenting to and briefing top-level managers

-Experience with data visualization and presentation

-Experience as a HQ Staff Officer or Action Officer preferred

-Knowledge of DoD and Air Force structure and organization
-Possession of excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
