IT Efficiencies Analyst

Key Role:

Provide analytic and project management support to the Navy's enterprise IT governance efforts to ensure IT efficiency efforts, such as Enterprise Software Licensing, Data Center Consolidation, and Cloud efforts are consistent with Department of the Navy (DON) policy. Leverage subject matter expertise of efficiency efforts to coordinate and collaborate with Navy stakeholders. Analyze and coordinate related policies to support efficiency efforts. Use various data analytic tools to contribute to updating briefings for senior Navy leadership. Participate in Navy and DoD stakeholder meetings to address policies, requirements, and management of transformation efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with capability definition and operation of IT

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel          

-Knowledge of the development of enterprise architectures, standards, governance, and policy

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD or Navy staff as a member of the military or a civilian or contractor in Joint Staff, OPNAV, or Navy SYSCOMs

-Experience in interfacing with military and civilian officials at the O-6 and GS-15 levels

-Experience with Navy staff as a member of the military or a civilian or contractor in Joint Staff, OPNAV, or Navy SYSCOMs

-Experience with data cleansing and visualization in Microsoft Excel and Tableau

-Experience with network and architecture transformation, network security and policies, IT acquisition programs, and Cloud computing and data strategy patterns

-Experience with data strategy, management, and standards

-Knowledge of key Navy programs and systems currently in service and under development

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

Clearance:
