IT Quality Assurance Specialist, Senior

As a IT quality assurance specialist on our project, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available, constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies, and update and patch critical systems. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like Cloud computing, software defined networking, and the latest enterprise CRM tools. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with delivering IT solutions
-2+ years of experience with Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) business processes

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Cloud computing architecture, deployments, and maintenance

-Ability to work independently and complete assignments and projects effectively in a timely manner

-MA or MS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
