IT Requirements Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we help gather requirements and work closely with Air Force client leads, program management office (PMO) personnel, and various subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine those requirements into formal change modification requests and enterprise capabilities. You will determine how the requirement will interact with or affect Air Force enterprise networks and Cyberspace weapon systems to ensure the requirement does not duplicate capability, introduce vulnerabilities, or otherwise non-conform to current AF and DoD regulations. Working as a liaison between complementary staff within the client and the PMO, you will work closely with requirement and project leads to support the technical and functional activities of Cyberspace weapon systems and assist the client with gathering operational requirements, including evaluating and maturing requirements and coordinating across multiple agencies to ensure the need addresses current and future strategic goals. As we ensure integrity going forward, you will participate in the change management process by tracking and reporting status updates on requirements, review, interpret, and adjudicate applicable AF and DoD level guidance and instruction as part of the requirements management process for Cyber investments, and apply current and future strategic actions and goals to ensure this future guidance accurately reflects the way forward. You will support your team using tools such as Microsoft Office products and SharePoint, Remedy and by contributing to several collaboration spaces. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create meeting agendas, minutes, briefings, background papers, electronic mail and staff packages, and other correspondence, lead and facilitate technical meetings for the client, and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.
