IT Strategist, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as an IT strategy consultant, work closely with various senior-level military and civilian clients to provide research and analysis on a full range of CIO and IT activities, including strategic planning, IT governance strategy, IT policy, data and information management, mission partner information sharing, working with the client to define delivery schedules, and managing deliverable timelines, IT industry research, and emerging technologies. Perform research on IT policy and standards. Define, analyze, and document functional requirements and business processes. Conduct cost benefit analyses. Translate research into policy and guidance statements. Support relevant meetings, working groups, and briefings. Author client-ready products and delivery within client-specified deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with requirements analysis of IT systems

-8+ years of experience with client-facing IT consulting

-Ability to provide representative writing and presentation samples upon request

-Ability to interpret business needs

-Ability to translate technical complexities, gather requirements, conduct validation and analysis, and represent project stakeholders

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as a business process analyst or cost benefit analyst

-Experience with data management

-Experience with mission partner information sharing

-Experience with the CIO and IT policy industry

-Experience with the DoD and military consulting industry

-Associate Certified Enterprise Architect Certification, including Green Belt
