Leadership Development Training Coordinator

Key Role:

Administer support and program coordination. Analyze process and governance along with tools and templates across all learning and development programs to gain overall efficiencies. Participate in program and project planning and review meetings. Analyze the development of program and project plans, including budgets and deliverable schedules. Oversee contracting and invoicing processes and serve as a liaison to learning and development team staff. Coordinate with the program and project lead to monitor development and implementation activities and help identify and resolve issues. Support program evaluation and reporting and manage program enrollment, registration, and course material.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to interface with senior leadership, including partners, vice presidents, principals, other senior staff, internal client teams, and external vendors

-Ability to work in a changing environment and perform collective team tasks to meet deliverables and deadlines

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in in a learning, training, and development environment

-Experience with coordinating all aspects of program or event planning

-Experience with budget management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, including being detail-oriented and following through

-BA or BS degree
