Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Business Process Analyst

Key Role:

Apply expertise in business process reengineering (BPR) to support process improvement engagements for the client’s major division and offices. Lead or support teams driving process improvement engagements, developing current and future state scenarios, and performing gap analysis and implementation planning, including developing implementation roadmaps. Collect data via multiple formats, including third party research, one-on-one interviews, or focus groups and work with clients in improvement initiatives. Act as a key coordinator between clients and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide integration of reengineering efforts and the application of best practices. Explain Lean Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools and demonstrate team leadership, comprehend team dynamics, and assign team member roles and responsibilities. Comprehend all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles and basic knowledge of Lean enterprise concepts, identify non-value-added elements and activities, use specific tools, and display proficiency in software that is centered on process management and statistical data. Come up with productive outputs in the form of measurable gains and display expertise in full leadership that influences others and allows employees of an organization to accept change.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects

-3+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to senior clients

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

-Black Belt Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Visio or iGrafx

-Experience with Minitab

-Experience with coaching and mentoring

-Experience with conducting Lean or LSS Green Belt training courses

-Knowledge of Navy Lean Six Sigma practices
