Logistics Readiness Program Manager/Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide program management oversight and data analysis assistance to a US Air Force operational wing in managing War Reserve Materiel (WRM) equipment and consumables serviceability, accountability, and readiness supporting installation-level program management objectives. Participate in the validation and analysis of WRM authorization and readiness documents for accuracy, Time Phased Force Deployment Document, WRM Unit Type Code (UTC) Requirements Document (WURD), Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), War Plans Additive Requirements Report (WPARR), Air and Space Expeditionary Force UTC Reporting Tool (ART), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), applicable Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S) products, and other products, as directed by the client. Coordinate with the command-level WRM functional area manager and equipment authorization managers to ensure WRM equipment and consumables authorizations reflect command and unit objectives and requirements, participate in the development of force bed down, and evaluate logistics impact and cost of proposed bed down plans. Review and provide analysis regarding planning documents and updates to ensure WRM impacts are fully addressed. Assist the client with readiness assessment training for unit-level monitors and equipment management specialists. Support WRM briefings and reports by gathering information, preparing charts, presenting briefings, and providing other support, as required by the client.

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience in logistics readiness program management with an AF client at the Wing or higher level

-Experience with data analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to travel internationally

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the US Indo-Pacific Command Area of Operations preferred 

-Possession of excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree preferred
