Macintosh System Administrator, Mid

The Challenge:

Your combination of people skills and technical expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. What if you could use those skills to improve the technology and support Navy and Marine Corps (NMC) mission requirements directly? We’re looking for a systems administrator with a solid background in Macintosh systems engineering and administration to help us create solutions for Navy systems that will stand up to even the most advanced Cyber threats.

As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll assist with the ongoing design, maintenance, and technical support for Navy production networks. You’ll work with in house teams to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer’s needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions while also ensuring that the current infrastructure is functional and available. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas such as Macintosh systems administration in a virtual environment and implementation of security mechanisms such as two factor authentication using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) while building peace of mind in a critical infrastructure. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. Join our team, as we support the mission needs of NMC systems and networks while simultaneously building and deploying technical solutions through Cybersecurity.

Empower change with us.
