Medical Device Security Senior Leader

Key Role:

Serve as a business leader in the firm’s functional Cyber business focused on the federal market. Lead the expansion of the firm’s existing Cybersecurity service offerings across medical device security initiatives. Provide management oversight of client engagements and program delivery. Act as a thought leader and drive the development of new, differentiated medical device capabilities and service offerings. Partner with senior leaders across the firm to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies. Lead market growth by engaging in all aspects of the business development life cycle, including marketing and proposal development. Drive a horizontal business focused on the federal medical device security as a member of a fast-paced and high growth environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with leading complex technical project delivery in a fast-paced environment

-10+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field, leading complex Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects, including the implementation of new people, processes, and technologies for medical device security

-Ability to identify and capture medical device security business opportunities with new and existing clients and develop mutually beneficial partnerships

-Ability to manage and lead delivery teams across various challenging environments

-Ability to collaborate with senior partners and executive officers to foster positive client and vendor relationships

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with leading complex Cyber programs across the federal government

-Experience with coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment

-Possession of excellent client facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA, MS, or PhD degree
