Plans and Programs Division SME and Workflow Manager

Key Role:

Interact with the Air Force client office directorate leadership and staff to coordinate, develop, and process timely responses to internal and external national agency, DoD, and Air Force formal tasking and requests for information (RFI). Apply SME knowledge of a national agency and CSS programs and processes to support information flow, presenting decision makers with data to enable effective utilization of resources.  Manage directorate workflow processes, including task receipt and assignments, suspense requirements, task response, timeliness, and task closure. Assist with leveraging the client’s capability to effectively respond to tasking and RFIs and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure internal and external tasking and RFI responses are accurate, thorough, complete, and meet client established guidance and time lines. Work with 25 AF and Air Force Service Cryptologic Component task managers to facilitate information flow and ensure effective task management, arrange and manage division video teleconferences and meetings, and develop and maintain program continuity files, Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and references. Arrange and manage division video teleconferences and meetings, develop, manage, update centralized division briefing slides, calendar items, and VTC schedules, and interact with AF leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet staff needs. Assist executive staff with supporting client leadership, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with Air Force ISR intelligence or national agency and CSS cryptologic operations

-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Experience with cryptologic personnel and manpower management

-Experience with supporting Service Cryptologic Component program managers or project teams to accomplish tasks in meeting mission requirements

-Experience with developing, managing, and tracking task suspense dates

-Experience with developing and managing electronic and hardcopy continuity files

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an action officer at Air Force Group staff or higher level

-Experience with the development, processing, and quality control of intelligence documents

-Experience with program management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Ability to be self-motivated

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, accountability, teamwork, interpersonal, data research, analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
