Mission Command Systems Integrator

Key Role:

Serve as a Mission Command Systems Integrator (MCSI) and exercise project lead for a Mission Training Complex (MTC). Plan, prepare, and deliver Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) training and simulation systems based on military unit training plans and the exercise life cycle process. Consult with exercise partners to design, create, and configure systems to meet training requirements. Serve as an onsite subject matter expert providing technical expertise for MCIS and simulation systems. Oversee system configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and securing for information assurance purposes. Compose and submit after action reports. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties to support client requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with US Army Mission Command (MC) and simulation systems

-Experience with network connectivity, maintenance, operational status, and hardware & software testing

-Experience with one or more Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Visio

-Active Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with US Army Mission Command systems
-2+ years of experience with conducting military training exercises

-Experience with network administration and engineering, switching and routing configurations, troubleshooting, and managing the implementation of software updates to maintain network compliance standards

-Experience with delivering simulation systems and MCIS training

-Experience with command post operations, simulation operations, digital master gunner, battle staff operations, observer controller trainer, and exercise project officer work

-Experience with MC and simulation systems, including the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A), Division eXercise Training and Review System (DXTRS), Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC-P), Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), and system subcomponents

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a related technical field

-DoD-approved 8570.01 Baseline Information Assurance Technical Level II Certifications, including CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Graduate of FA57/CP36 Simulation Operations Course
