Occupational and Environmental Medicine Program Analyst

Key Role:

Work under limited supervision and provide both quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Consult on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue and profitability and mission achievement. Improve operations and increase process efficiency. Examine less complex systems and consult on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Serve as a practitioner with more than one area of expertise in the management consulting pillars and other functional communities.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience with government consulting to critically review, edit independently, and format and synthesize various types of input, including oral, notes, e-mails, and drafts into a cohesive document or correspondence in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual, Official Navy Message Traffic, and other format policies, including military technical documents, such as point papers, policies, and messages

-Experience with graphics support, graphics creation, technical editing, and communications strategies

-Experience with data organization and filing of records with specific security and threat education protocols

-Experience with using software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint to support program management efforts

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
