Offensive Cyberspace Capabilities Requirements Planner, Mid

Key Role:

Assist with Cyberspace capability employment, development, and technical writing. Assist with tracking and managing the Cyberspace capability requirements process, including coordinating with operational units to comprehend emerging requirements, analyzing requirements against current capabilities and known vulnerabilities to assess gaps, generating and submitting requirements documentation, and tracking requirements through the USCYBERCOM requirements process. Interface with development organizations and operational units throughout the development process, assisting with periodic technical reviews, coordinating required testing, and documenting testing results according to prescribed reporting formats.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with military offensive Cyberspace operations or malware analysis or software development in the industry

-Experience with technical writing and Confluence, JIRA, and other knowledge management systems

-Experience with Cyberspace capability employment, development, and technical writing

-Ability to coordinate with operational units to understand emerging requirements, analyze requirements against current capabilities and known vulnerabilities to assess gaps, generate and submit requirements documentation, and track requirements

-Ability to assist with periodic technical reviews, coordinate required testing, and document testing results

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-BS degree preferred; MS degree a plus

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
