Offensive Cyberspace Fires Planner, Mid

Key Role:

Leverage expertise in coordinating Joint strategic and operational planning and execution of Joint fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation to support military operations. Analyze, organize, and recommend policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrines, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated Joint fires coordination and execution. Support planning for offensive Cyber operations throughout the entire Joint planning process. Coordinate targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities for components, subordinate commands, and supporting commands, synchronize and implement targeting methodologies and prioritization methods, assist with and participate in Cyber advanced targeting, interagency planning, Joint targeting board support, Cyber weapons capability analysis, target systems analysis, target materials production, collateral effects estimate, and Joint planning group support. Monitor and facilitate all targeting lists, draft the commander’s targeting guidance, and prepare strike packages and supporting documents.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with fires or targeting

-Ability to analyze, organize, and recommend policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrines, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned and anticipated Joint fire coordination and execution

-Ability to coordinate targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinate commands, and supporting commands, and synchronize and implement targeting methodologies and prioritization methods

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Completion of Joint Targeting School

-Completion of Joint Planning Process and Non-Kinetic Fire Integration training

Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including strict attention to detail

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-BS degree preferred
