Organizational Change Manager

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize Navy acquisition? Change within an organization is necessary, but it has to be done the right way. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges makes you the difference between success and derailment.

As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on Navy acquisition. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce stakeholder analysis and environmental studies, then change deliverables that drive stakeholders towards adoption. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your knowledge of organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can help develop a communications plan, training, a change strategy, etc. to facilitate the process. As onsite change support, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Join us and lead change for the better in Navy acquisition.
