Organizational Design Management Analyst, Mid

This position will allow you to work with a client’s organization to develop and implement solutions and help solve challenges along the way. Like to see your plans in action? You’ll build a trusted relationship with your client as you identify and anticipate their needs and propose solutions. As you solve problems, you’ll look for more areas of improvement and continue transforming your client’s organization. Join us and lead change for the better You will be working with client organizations to provide solutions for their organizational redesign needs, developing approaches to support resource alignment to better serve its purpose, strategy and functions. You will support organizational change with the engagement of change management and program management personnel and identify and communicate opportunities to the project team to expand services to existing clients.

You Have:

-2+ years of experience in working on advisory services with a consulting firm

-Experience with organizational design consulting

-Experience with leading business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management

-Knowledge of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with industry methods for organizational design, process improvement, organizational change management, or performance optimization

-Experience with the facilitation of process improvement, business or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites

-Ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field

-Organizational Design or Organizational Development Certification
