Performance Measurement and Analysis Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Function as a core member of a team dedicated to formulating and evaluating business cases for electric utility infrastructure investments for federal clients. Research electric utility Integrated Resource Plans (IRPs) and regulatory filings with local commissions.  Assist with quality control on monthly energy and water data using the AF Energy Reporting System (AFERS)/Next Generation IT (NexGen IT), Tririga reporting tools, and the meter and billing databases to identify and help to correct reporting anomalies in facility consumption and costs. Apply knowledge of the development, implementation, and tracking of various programs associated with the EISA 07, section 432. Advise and assist the client with the integration of various data sources to feed the development of Installation Energy Plans (IEPs) and decisions to implement various mitigation measures.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in a US Air Force civil engineering career field

-Experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) software

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with computers to work and maintain SharePoint

-Experience with Web sites, inputting data and performing trend analysis using computer software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional

-Knowledge of product Air Force civil engineering

-Ability to display patience and attentiveness

-Ability to use positive language to interact with customers on behalf of an organization

-Possession of excellent customer service and time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Project Manager (PMP), or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certification preferred
