Process Improvement Lead

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesigns and new business processes. Maintain responsibility for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects. Provide clients with consulting on the other effects of new business processes. Assist the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for moderately large or complex projects. Maintain moderate to heavy contact with middle- and senior-level client executives. Apply expertise in project management and practice development initiatives. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with business process reengineering, organizational change management, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, organizational design, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization

-Experience with industry methods for process improvement, organizational design, organizational change management, or performance optimization

-Ability to be a self-starter, team player, and leader in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work up to 100% of the time alongside clients at any location in the National Capital Region

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification required

Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with management, operations, or an IT consulting firm

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

-Experience with manufacturing and operations preferred
-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-PMP Certification a plus
