Process Improvement Task Lead

The Challenge:

We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on personnel arena of the Air Force. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the Director and O-6 level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize processes and utilize technology to increase efficiency. As the strategy expert, you’ll anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. Throughout the strategy life cycle, you’ll identify opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better in personnel for the Air Force.

You Have:

-7+ years of experience working in a collaborative environment with large scale process improvement, change management, or transformation efforts

-7+ years of experience in facilitating process improvement events for client audiences

-Knowledge of a range of process improvement, change management, and transformation methodologies and approaches

-Ability to use multiple methodologies for transformation and facilitate senior and mid-level DoD personnel in process, while managing federal contract execution and assisting with building additional business

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

-Industry recognized certification in process improvement at the Green Belt level

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with consulting with the Federal Government and DoD

-Experience with process improvement, change management, and transformation of personnel systems or organizations

-Industry recognized certifications in change management, transformation, or project management

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
