Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work closely with senior client leadership to ensure stakeholders are informed of task order status, provide opportunities for identification related to new activities, coordinate resolution of identified issues, and establish priorities. Maintain responsibility for serving as a liaison between the firm and multiple teaming partners, acting as the face of the program to new staff to ensure on and off boarding of personnel in accordance with standard operational procedures. Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day activities associated with the onboarding of new employees. Manage onboarding schedule and assure quality control and timely processing of hiring activities. Perform data compilation and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency and that personnel transactions comply with contractual policies and procedures. Resolve policy-related, process-related, or procedural problems and inquiries related to hiring. Assist quality control manager with providing support to key personnel, monitoring performance of routine contractual obligations, managing and ensuring the timeliness and quality of contract deliverables, and performing quality assurance checks.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in managing and communicating with client leadership and internal teams

-Experience with IT and project management

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with contract and consulting

-Experience in working as the TOMO briefs senior government officials regularly

-Ability to be a self-starter and work independently and in a team setting 

-Ability to fulfill additional duties include serving as an action officer, including preparing reports for client delivery, maintaining issue logs, managing staff travel, overseeing staff training, compliance, recording -meeting minutes, filing and organizing artifacts in collaborative resource libraries for knowledge management, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business Management, CS, IT, Accounting, or 5 years of experience in contract and consulting
