Program/Project Financial Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget and review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to the executive management team. Monitor division and department adherence to the approved budget. Assist with modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Work on issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Develop competency in project and financial management and become more involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy. Guide the progress of projects while mentoring junior staff in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with government contracting, including Federal Acquisition Regulation, Joint Travel Regulation, and program control functions required

-Experience with OCONUS uplifts

-Knowledge of FEDSIM, including managing or performing invoicing detail and back up requirements

-Ability to find problems and solve them, be resourceful and creative, harness the power of diversity, make meaningful connections, embrace the mission, maintain convictions, and speak truth to power

-Secret clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred

-PMP Certification preferred
