Project Coordinator and Cyber Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Maintain responsibility for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule for respective tasks. Input and manage risks, make sure schedule and task-related items are documented in the program risk register, and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly or monthly deliverables. Leverage best practices and program templates. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed, including supporting the task lead with milestone management and documentation, design constraints, coverage gaps, and schedule variance. Coordinate with requirements analysts to document task-specific requirements and update the schedule with daily-level activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with project management

-Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, concurrently

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools

-Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering

-Ability pay strict attention to detail

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
