Requirements Analyst, Sr

Key Role:

Interact with the application team, across multiple application teams, and with clients daily to perform functional and technical requirements analysis, documentation, and validation for new and existing software development. Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle as changes and enhancements to the system are implemented, create user stories, and develop acceptance criteria, wireframes, and other supporting documentation.  Assist in the preparation of weekly status reports and present status updates to the team and client. Assist with leading the scrum team and perform scrum duties.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of systems analyst experience or relevant experience

-Experience in the development of documentation, including system requirements, use cases, such as the Gherkin method, acceptance criteria, screen and user interface designs, such as wireframes, front end test documentation, such as user acceptance testing and sprint review, user guides or online help documentation, release notes, end user communication, and training materials.

-Experience as a liaison between the project lead and the development and testing team to clarify requirements, confirm system behavior, and escalate issues or blockers.

-Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements documentation

-Knowledge of Software Development Agile Framework, including Scrum and Kanban

-Ability to develop presentation materials, lead team meetings, and facilitate requirements gathering sessions involving multiple stakeholders from various organizations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
