Revenue Operations Manager

Key Role:

Collaborate with internal business functions to define business problems and lead the execution of the analytical solutions. Contribute to and support operations functions, including segmentation, sales effectiveness, and key performance indicator (KPI) and metrics development. Update, maintain, and customize Microsoft Dynamics to make our operations and processes as efficient as possible. Maintain responsibility for sales pipeline management cadence reporting, analytics and actions, and creating ad hoc reports and providing other analytical support, as needed. Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and metrics associated with revenue generation and enforce policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate data. Monitor the performance of the various teams, including identifying areas for optimization, and implementing the changes required. Work with finance and team leads to create accurate and timely forecasts of revenue and network growth.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with product and solutions sales operations

-Experience with Microsoft dynamics CRM and Salesforce customization

-Ability to work cross-functional team orientation

-Ability to lead and work in a team environment

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to take initiative, be proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions

-Ability to develop high quality relationships based on trust and integrity

-Possession of excellent organization and time management skills

-Possession of excellent thinking and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
