Risk Management Framework, Information Assurance, and Assessment and Authorization Specialist

Key Role:

Support a Navy Cybersecurity mission throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Maintain responsibility for the planning and continuous monitoring of Cybersecurity and coordination of various privacy policies, programs, and compliance artifacts or standards supporting government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Administer the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with DoD Cybersecurity, information assurance (IA), the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP), or the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-Experience with system and network vulnerability analysis, risk assessment and risk mitigation analyses, contingency planning, and firewall policy, ports, and protocols
-Knowledge of IA or information security (INFOSEC) concepts and requirements
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-IAT or IAM Level II Certification, including Security+CE, CISM, CISSP, or CASP

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Xacta, eMASS, ACAS, VRAM, HBSS, and Altiris

-Experience with performing Cyber risk analysis

-Experience with PKI token issuance and administration

-Experience with developing data disaster recovery and contingency plans      

-Experience providing CS reports and artifacts using Microsoft Office Suite and Visio                                       

-Knowledge of DoD continuous monitoring and risk scoring                                             -
-Knowledge of applying IT Service Management (ITIL) principles and practices                    

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
