Internal Program Manager

Key Role:

Serve as an internal program manager on consulting engagements across the firm’s corporate core Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) and maintain responsibility for managing projects of various sizes and complexity, developing project plans, managing resource scheduling, controlling scope creep, tracking risks and mitigation actions, and managing a budget for the firm, when required. Monitor project milestones and phases to ensure work progress is on schedule and any changes to the project schedule are required, justified, reasonable, and fully coordinated with the internal client. Prepare status reports that accurately report progress and highlight issue and risk items for review and escalation. Coordinate and communicate with all team members and outside vendors in accordance with project timelines, milestones, and phases.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with integrating activities across stakeholder groups and managing project elements, including requirements, schedules, risks, and communication or engagement

-5+ years of experience with leading and influencing diverse internal and external talent, managing risks and budgets, monitoring scope creep, documenting requirements, and implementing elements of a project life cycle

-2+ years of experience with providing consulting services in one or more of the following: organizational design, process improvement, change management, workforce planning, strategic communications, or strategic planning

-2+ years of experience in a client-facing or business partner role that included engagement with senior leaders

-Experience with Agile project management, including managing and executing sprints, evaluating real-time progress and lessons learned, and re-assessing priorities

-Experience contributing to the development of briefings and written materials for senior or executive-level audiences

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and Forms

-Ability to generate and manipulate data to identify trends and draw conclusions

-Ability to be detail-orientated

-Ability to develop trends or recommendations

-Ability to multi-task, juggle numerous unrelated tasks, manage priorities, and work within tight deadlines

-Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences to excel at client delivery

-Ability to display initiative and solve problems with little guidance

-Ability to build trust and develop relationships with a diverse group of leaders

-Ability to be collaborative, resourceful, and achieve results in a matrixed environment

-Possession of excellent analytical and quantitative skills

-PMP Certification
