SIGINT Scenario Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Serve as a signals intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and delivering cryptologic technician collection training to support Fleet training school requirements. Work in a collaborative team environment under supervision of a supervisor.  Leverage SIGINT data and information one or several afloat cryptologic systems and one or several IO systems. Design intelligence scenario training for all levels of personnel in the fields of cryptology and information warfare.  
 

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with shipboard SIGINT operations, including operating ship signals exploitation equipment increment echo or foxtrot (SSEE INC E/F)

-Experience with a variety of cryptologic or national SIGINT operations, assignments to instructor duty, and ashore training commands tasked with cryptologic or SIGINT training, readiness, or assessment missions

-Experience with the use of Microsoft Office software tools

-Knowledge of US Navy tactical and national SIGINT operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the use of Navy's cryptologic training suite

-Experience with Cryptologic Carry-On Program systems and software applications

-Ability to analyze SIGINT information and conduct classified and unclassified research using Intelligence Community (IC) research tools

-Ability to be comfortable working independently and be open to working and sharing responsibility with others

-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal relationship building and maintenance skills

-Graduate of Navy’s Intermediate Signals Communications Analysis Course (451)
