Software Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Perform as clients’ most trusted advisor and essential partner. Serve as an overarching requirements SME and Scrum Master for a portfolio of recruiting applications and IT tools. Exhibit functional and technical knowledge of each of the systems and the strategic plan for the evolution of each system. Evaluate incoming requirements, determine approaches, priorities, and most suitable tools, and partner with developers to see the requirement through to implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in working with stakeholders to discuss, collect, rework, and document requirements for new IT systems, including COTS products and custom-developed solutions

-Experience with scheduling and prioritizing software capabilities

-Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and development teams to describe needed capabilities and provide implementation-ready requirements

-Ability to review and provide feedback on developed or configured capabilities iteratively, always working to ensure that stakeholders’ interests and needs are being satisfied and balanced against the priorities and constraints of technology requirements and business objectives

-Ability to develop a comprehension of required technical capabilities and how various systems will be ultimately be used to accomplish the organization's mission
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in a client environment

-Experience with the full software development life cycle

-Experience with the customer's project management framework

-BS degree in Computer Systems, IT, Engineering, or a technical field preferred

-Certified Scrum Master
