Strategic Human Capital Consultant, Mid

We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the health market. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. You’ll support your team with research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects as they work to show clients their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform. You Have:

-3+ years of experience with human capital or organizational consulting

-Experience in two or more human capital functional areas, including workforce planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, organization design, training design and development, change management, employee communications campaigns, succession management, career pathing, survey research, or human capital strategy

-Experience with contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high intensity, team-oriented environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, or Organizational Development

Nice If You Have:

-1+ years of experience with government consulting or working for the federal government

-Experience with supporting health-focused organizations, including health organizations and consulting to health organizations

-Possession of excellent consulting skills to analyze client issues, determine data collection and data analysis strategies, strategize potential solutions, and prepare client-ready reports

-MBA, MA, or MS degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, or Organizational Development

-Completion of academic health or healthcare training
