Strategic Human Capital Consultant, Senior

Key Role:
Consult to federal government health market clients on the design, implementation, or evaluation of human capital programs. Apply functional expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, organization design, training design and development, change management, employee communications campaigns, succession management, career pathing, survey research, or human capital strategy. Apply expertise in consultative work, including designing or execute complex data collection methodologies, performing quantitative and qualitative data analyses, composing well-written, data-driven reports, and preparing briefings for senior-level audiences. Apply knowledge of federal human capital trends and issues. Manage and contribute to a variety of projects by designing and structuring human capital projects, leading and mentoring project staff, managing project financials, managing client relationships, providing technical oversight, and building future strategic human capital management business.  
 

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with providing strategic human capital or organizational consulting services
-Experience with three or more of the following human capital functional areas: workforce planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, organization design, training design and development, change management, employee communications campaigns, succession management, career pathing, survey research, or human capital strategy
-Experience with consulting work, including analyzing client issues, determining data collection and data analysis strategies, strategizing potential solutions, and preparing client-ready reports
-Experience with contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high intensity team-oriented environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with government consulting or working for the federal government
-Experience with supporting health-focused organizations, including health organizations, consulting for health organizations, or academic health or healthcare training
-Public Trust clearance
