You will perform Linux and Windows system setup and management for both physical and virtual Operating Systems (OS), including provisioning, configuration, patching and update management, and platform securing or hardening. You’ll help customers overcome the challenges by recommending improvements to existing components/processes, create and maintain all appropriate documentation, and document and support configuration management processes. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement and communicate those needs with the team, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together.
