Talent Acquisition Specialist, Junior

Key Role:

Conduct full life cycle recruiting including researching and executing tactical sourcing, thorough screening and qualifying of candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Leverage tactical selling concepts, including firm's employee value proposition to recruit and maintain a pipeline of prospective employees. Work successfully in a high volume, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders in different geographical locations. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting

-2+ years of experience with research and sourcing tools and techniques

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in professional services or federal contracting organizations

-Experience with ATS for large volume producing organizations, including Workday

-Experience in working with cleared or post government employees

-Experience with recruiting Cyber, digital solutions, engineering, data science, or analytics professionals

-BA or BS degree preferred
