Target Intelligence Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support targeting intelligence functions in accordance with DoD policies, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Manuals and Instructions and CCMD policies and standards. Conduct extensive all-source intelligence research and analysis to perform basic, intermediate and advanced target development in support of lethal and non-lethal engagements. Leverage a wide-range of analytical skills to monitor, assess, and report on intelligence pertaining to specific target systems and produce finished all-source target intelligence products. Perform all source analysis to accomplish battle damage assessment (BDA), produce BDA products and assist with combat assessment. Conduct collateral damage incident research and report as necessary. Compose relevant statements for electronic target folders (ETFs) for all five recognized target types. Conduct collateral damage estimation (CDE), target list management and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience working with military, intelligence, or performing analyses

-Experience with government databases and systems

-Experience with one or more of the following systems: Collateral Damage Estimation (DCiDE), Joint Munitions Effects Manual (JMEM) Weaponeering System (JWS), IMEA, Cross domain security guard applications or solutions, including! SSE-GUARD, radiant mercury imagery guard (RMIG), and FrontPage Web portal

-Experience on one or more of the following systems:Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Collateral Damage Estimation (DCiDE), Cross domain security guard applications or solutions (ISSE-GUARD, and radiant mercury imagery guard (RMIG)

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree or DD-214 in related field, including USN: 183X, 3910, 3923 USA: 35A, 35G, USAF: 14N, 1N1A USMC: 020X, 0241, 0261) and completed the following training courses: Target Coordiante Mensuration (TCM), Google Earth for Target Developer's, Weaponeering, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), Joint Targeting School (JTS) Applications Course, Underground Facilities (UGF), Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE)
