Tasking and Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Assist integrated intelligence centers with the tasking, management, and tracking of client requirements. Support senior leaders with measuring the performance of the team’s production and activities as deliverables to the client. Provide support in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling for executive leaders, as needed. Perform a variety of complex and routine administrative duties with minimal or no supervision and in compliance with written policies and oral guidance. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines. Engage with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks for the center. Compile, analyze, and present regular metrics on the volume and status of intelligence tasking. Represent the firm and center at agency-wide meetings regarding task statuses.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting the DoD or intelligence community

-Experience with planning and task management or analysis

-Experience with supporting the military or DoD clients

-TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with intelligence requirements or tasking
-Experience as an executive officer supporting a major DoD organization

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-Project Management Professional or Project Scheduling Certification
