Technical Program Manager

Key Role:

Support the modernization and integration of Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) mission applications and infrastructure components. Maintain responsibility for assessment and estimation of the development, test and deployment of products and systems in the DCGS-A family of systems. Work closely with customers, senior leadership within programs and other systems engineers and development engineers to comprehension customer objectives and requirements, and develop solutions from the conceptual stage through delivery and field deployment. Comprehension customer objectives, CONOPS and requirements, and translating those requirements into an executable development plan.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in software engineering and architecture using multiple languages, including C#, Java or Python

-Knowledge of data engineering principals and procedures

-Ability to use data-driven and analytical approaches to solve problems

-Active TS/SCI clearance 

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:  

-Experience in working with the intelligence community

-Experience in Army intelligence analysis processes, information systems security protocols, system interoperability

-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities

-Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and external customers

-Ability to be a strategic thinker

-MS degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent

-PMP Certified

Clearance:
