Training Project Management Support Project Manager

Key Role:

Serve as training project manager for assigned product activities, including recording product training requirements, design, development, testing, integration, implementation, and sustainment. Support communication with stakeholders on training- related issues. Ensure tracking of training activities and risks and provide weekly and monthly updates to Deployment Training Quad Charts, phone rosters, training team leave calendar, training team training support calendar, operations tool access list, lessons learned input, and Training Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). Maintain an SDD Process Assets Training Reports and Calendar, support required meetings and forums, and provide agendas, slides, handouts, minutes, action items, and artifacts, as needed. Collaborate with the product teams to identify pertinent information, including product functionality, training approaches, documentation, external services, IT requirements, scheduling, milestones, and sustainment support for any product as it prepares to undergo preparation implementation and training process training reports. Provide master scheduling of train the trainer and training execution activities, support train the trainer implementation and certification activities, process service requests for training support, and maintain and track expenditures, contract invoicing, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

-Ability to support project scheduling, tracking, training, and communications

-Ability to multitask and pay attention to details

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
