Workflow Manager

Key Role:

Provide workflow management support to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force and coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain the Air Force client’s workflow management governance and programmatic documents IAW HOI 33-3. Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings and forums and coordinate, consolidate, develop, and deliver associated meeting materials. Manage task and suspense management, coordination, and quality assurance and control of staff work, validate completeness and accuracy of task responses, and assign tasks to internal Air Force and external stakeholders. Maintain the task management tool databases, provide associated database training, archive database records, and provide technical support to the Air Force client’s personnel and stakeholders. Analyze data to show current and historical trends and report completions statistics, task status, and breakout by Division. Execute record-keeping and file management in accordance with applicable Air Force records management instructions, manuals, and procedures and ensure records are available to support business operations and meet statutory requirements to provide appropriate access throughout the life cycle of the records.

Basic Qualifications:

-4 years of experience with workflow management, including the Air Force Task Management Tool or similar workflow management systems

-4 years of experience with Air Force records management procedures

-Experience with data and problem analyses

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Air Force Installations, Environment, and Energy programs
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent relationship-building skills, including working in a government environment at the client site

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
