Cyber/Network Systems Analyst

Key Role:

Work to support a program in accordance with the configuration management procedures in place. Work with Radiant Mercury (RM)'s program management office to address the technical implementation of RM cross-domain solution (CDS) technology. Plan, execute, and report on Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) of deployable RM and Tactical system configurations annually and deploy new capabilities, as required. Analyze new Cyber threats, provide technical guidance to mitigate threats, and interpret and develop approaches to meet the intent of new Cyber policy as it impacts tactical systems. Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting of system configurations for Windows and Linux-based operating systems and maintain a secure and updated tactical system baseline configuration to support system fielding requirements for multiple system variants. Interface with unmanned system components to integrate with new data types and test component operations. Maintain the performance and operation of a Combat Operations Center (COC) providing a training and test environment for real world scenarios.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with integrating and securing C4ISR systems

-Ability to analyze IP packet captures with tools, including Wireshark

-Ability to travel to CONUS locations 15% of the time

-Active Secret clearance

-Ability to obtain a Security+ (CE) DoD 8570 Certification or equivalent

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Link-16, including JREAP-C

-Knowledge of tactical radio configuration, use and troubleshooting (PRC-117G)

-Knowledge of LOS communications

-Knowledge of shipboard AIS receivers and data types

-Active Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
