Access and Agreements Coordinator, Mid

Key Role:
Assist a US Air Force client with the planning and coordination of required access and agreements for storage and use of Deployable Air Base System (DABS) kits in ally and partner nations with host nation air forces and government agencies and USAF and Combatant Command international affairs representatives. Maintain responsibility for conducting a comprehensive analysis of the status of planning for access and agreements with DABS ally or partner nations to validate the existing knowledge base and documentation. Identify and coordinate with ally and partner air force logistics staff, functions, and corresponding logistics staff functions to develop agreements for DABS storage. Participate in standing forums with ally and partner nation air forces for socializing and gaining support for the DABS concept of employment (CONEMP). Coordinate formal agreements for the fielding and storage of DABS kits in ally and partner countries on behalf of a MAJCOM. Contribute to access and agreement information for the development and implementation of the DABS Implementation Plan (I-PLAN). Support the implementation of the DABS I-PLAN, as directed by the MAJCOM client.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-7 years of experience in working with international agreements (IAs), acquisition and cross-servicing agreements (ACSAs), and mutual logistics support agreements (MLSAs)
-Experience in a DoD building partnership capacity
-Ability to travel internationally
-Active Secret clearance
-BA degree or 7+ years of experience with DoD agreements management
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with USAF clients
-Experience in working on DoD access and agreements issues with Department of State or US embassies abroad
-Experience as a foreign service officer preferred 
-Knowledge of USAF logistics concepts, policies, and procedures, including life cycle management, USAF equipment management, pre-positioning (PREPO), or war reserve materials
-Possession of excellent teamwork skills 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 
-Possession of excellent collaboration skills
 

Clearance:
