Key Role:

Work as a member of Booz Allen's Employee Payables team within the corporate Business Services team, including working with employees and other teams in an effort to collect funds for various obligations not fulfilled by employees while providing eminent customer service. Perform complex analysis and research to track and determine accounting issues arising from the collection process. Maintain responsibility for payroll deduction processing and terminated employee research and analysis. Perform other duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with accounting

-Experience with customer service

-Experience with account reconciliation

-Knowledge of collections processes

-Ability to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing inquiries

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to show expertise in computers, including Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
