Acquisition Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Assist with determining contracting strategy, preparing contracting documents, and coordinating activities with Army Contracting Command. Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations. Oversee and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations. Maintain and manage the program budget and master schedule. Identify cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs. Oversee the preparation of supply requests packages to the client and manage transition of products from PM to client or Army sustainment. Develop acquisition strategies, acquisition plans, and other acquisition documents. Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination.

Basic Qualifications:

-18+ years of experience as an acquisition analyst

-Experience in managing a program budget and master schedule

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in acquisition career specialization aligned to duty assignment, including program management, contracting, and logistics

-Knowledge of managing cost, schedule performance in a program office, product life cycle management, project team management, preparing acquisition and contracting documents, including J&A, source selection plans, PWS, IGCE, and D&F, WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, project management, database management, GFEBS, DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, and JCIDS

-DAWIA Level III Certification in Acquisition Career Field or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
